STUDIO POLICIES

Please read carefully and reach out to the studio with any questions.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain the fluidity of our studio, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. While we completely understand things may come up beyond your control, we offer NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy and greatly appreciate your understanding.

 As a private studio, this allows our instructors to maximize their time with clients throughout the day. If you absolutely must cancel, please contact your instructor personally or contact the reception desk at the studio. 


We do allow changes to appointments within the 24-hour window based on your instructor’s availability. If there is no availability with your scheduled instructor, you may change to another instructor that has availability, however you will be responsible for the cost of both sessions.

If you are scheduled for a duet or semi private session and cancel within the 24 hour window, you are responsible for your portion of the session.  This protects your scheduled partner from being responsible for the cost of a private session if a cancellation occurs.

 

As a small, private studio, we prioritize the time of our clients to provide a tailored experience while  protecting the time of our valued employees.  

 

We greatly appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance for adhering to our 24 hour cancellation policy. 

  • Clients who utilize our monthly membership have the opportunity to save on our 4, 8, and 12 pack of private sessions by opting into a monthly auto-renewal membership.  This is a great way to reserve your scheduled time slots each week with your beloved Pilates instructor without committing to the upfront cost of a large package.

     

    Packages will automatically be renewed every 28 days. Sessions will roll over into the next month and will expire three months after purchase.  We kindly ask that you allow a 7 day notice if you need to pause or cancel your membership.

  • Please note that sessions are not officially scheduled if a member has zero inventory.  Our instructors will keep you informed of your session inventory, but we do ask that all members be mindful of their inventory and are prepare to purchase sessions to schedule future appointments.

    If a member has a session scheduled and does not have inventory within 24-hours of the session, TPS will automatically charge the client the cost for a single session. This ensures your instructor is compensated for the hour that they have reserved. 

  • Virtual sessions are a great way to stay consistent if you are traveling or unable to drive to the studio.  Virtual sessions are scheduled and priced the same as in-person sessions.  Please communicate directly with your instructor to schedule a virtual session.

  • Many clients own Pilates equipment in their homes - this is great!  If you would like to schedule an offsite session with one of our team members, please inquire with your instructor directly.
